Exective Summary

The new unit of our business is Automatic Car Wash system which is named as “CLASSICAL CAR CLEANERX” or “C.C.C” in the local market there are many car washers who are providing the car washing facilities but our speciality is that we are launching automatic car washing while the others in locality are providing manual car wash system which takes a huge amount of time. We made an agreement with the shall petrol pump to start this business as they have good will in the market and by providng the best services they are also satisfying their customer its is beneficiary for us to made an partnership agreement with them to start a business.

We targeted the middle and upper class as they have not much time to waste in the manual car washing, they can visit to us and get their car wash in very short time as compare to manual car wash, and its also does’nt cost much more than manual car wash there is just a little bit difference of cost.

We want to make a profitable relation with our customers, we will provide our best services to them and will facilitate them as much as possible so they visit our C.C.C again and again whenever they need to wash out there cars and we will make them our loyal customers by providing them all the faciliies and services they expect from a car wash centre.

This business plan is according to needs and wants of the people who are busy in their professional lives and don’t have much time. All the strategies would be applied to expand the business and there will be advertisement to create awareness among the people.We want to become a recognised centre in the local market and by starting and earning the higher profits from C.C.C we also would like to open its more branches in different areas in local market.  ..
