The business we started will facilitate the professional peoples who have money bt not time by satisfying and providing them best facilities we will get maximum profit. And make them our regular customers.                                          

The structure is designed in this ways that the maximum water which is used in car washing can re shifted in the surface of the earth. For this purpose reclaim tank and over flow water system is going to use.

History

In the history people used to wash their cars with the hands and dry it with the help of clothes. 

Even now days there are a lot of car wash service centre where the cars are washed with the hands by the employees. This method is said to be hand car wash.

Working

            C.C.C will be soon a prominent car wash faciliity for vehicles in Pakistan.for serving the people and satisfy them we are six persons going to start and run this business.because of  automatic machinery and every thing done automaticaly there is not any chance to scrach out the car which usually done in manual car washing.

            While expanding our business we keep in mind that we must have to cover all the areas where the people can come easily to wash their cars automatically. We are expecting to build a strong possition in marketmarket possition in town.

Our mission is to earn a maximum profit with giving the best possible services to people and making them our loyal customer and to expand our business in all important areas of the town where the car service is needed. And to convince people to visit again and again our car washing centre for their car services.

Vission

           

Our vission is to become a recognised car wash centre in the town and take the respected and strong market possition in town. And to become also recognised and best in the field of car washing services all over the world.

Objectives

           

After in-depth analysis of our specific market area, car wash operations in the area, we expect to generate prominent sales revenues first year of operation. We believe our initial customer base will substantially increase as the community becomes aware of our existence, our reputation for excellent service, and our active involvement in community affairs. We then expect our growth to mirror the community's projected market growth, which is approximately 8.5 percent to 10 percent per year. Because there are no other car wash operations within a locality, we feel confident our predicted growth will, ataminimum, follow industry trends. Therefore, we expect to have a 100 percent market share of our target market for at least the short term.

            In business model we describe the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value - economic, social, or other forms of value. The term business model is thus used for a broad range of informal and formal descriptions to represent core aspects of a business, including purpose, offerings, strategies, infrastructure, organizational structures, trading practices, and operational processes and policies.

We are going to start the business of automatic car wash. We named it as Classical Car Cleanerx. It will provide car wahsing services to the customerss with the almost same cost offered by the manual car wahing centres but advantages of this business to the customers are we save their time as it wash much faster than any human being and also dry it in just few minutes. In todays life people have money but not have time so it gives advantage to those people.

Insight:

 We analyzed the problem that there is no automatic car wash services available in local market and came to an idea to create an automatic car wash services in local market.

Evaluation:

            After that we evaluate the idea by concerning with each other and different people is our idea is going to work or not?

Ellaboration:

          Then the contact made by the financer and conducted all the paper works which are required and made a business plan.

And that’s how the idea of this business comes to our mind.

Exective Summary

The new unit of our business is Automatic Car Wash system which is named as “CLASSICAL CAR CLEANERX” or “C.C.C” in the local market there are many car washers who are providing the car washing facilities but our speciality is that we are launching automatic car washing while the others in locality are providing manual car wash system which takes a huge amount of time. We made an agreement with the shall petrol pump to start this business as they have good will in the market and by providng the best services they are also satisfying their customer its is beneficiary for us to made an partnership agreement with them to start a business.

We targeted the middle and upper class as they have not much time to waste in the manual car washing, they can visit to us and get their car wash in very short time as compare to manual car wash, and its also does’nt cost much more than manual car wash there is just a little bit difference of cost.

We want to make a profitable relation with our customers, we will provide our best services to them and will facilitate them as much as possible so they visit our C.C.C again and again whenever they need to wash out there cars and we will make them our loyal customers by providing them all the faciliies and services they expect from a car wash centre.

This business plan is according to needs and wants of the people who are busy in their professional lives and don’t have much time. All the strategies would be applied to expand the business and there will be advertisement to create awareness among the people.We want to become a recognised centre in the local market and by starting and earning the higher profits from C.C.C we also would like to open its more branches in different areas in local market.  ..
